Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM)
At the Primary Care Centre, we combine Chinese medicine with modern diagnostics. TCM is a medical system in its own right for treating functional, autonomic and physical complaints, and it helps many people for whom conventional medicine alone does not bring enough relief. Dr. Florian Pichler has practised it since 1995. He trained at the SMS (Societas Medicinae Sinensis) in Munich under Prof. Carl-Hermann Hempen and deepened his knowledge during study stays in China and Europe. As a general practitioner, he knows your test results and aligns the Chinese diagnosis with them. Provided by: Dr. Florian Pichler, general practitioner, TCM training with the International Society for Chinese Medicine (SMS), Munich (since 1995) Our focus areas:

Important note for our EU patients:
If you do not have health insurance in Austria, please bring your European Health Insurance Card (EHIC). Please make sure that the 16-digit code on the back is nice and clear to read.
One small request from us:
Even though we manage many things spontaneously, please kindly arrive at our reception desk 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This gives us plenty of time to complete your registration calmly, so you can start your appointment feeling completely relaxed.
In short: No! Simply attend Strozzigasse 10, 1080 Vienna during our consultation hours – we will provide medical care for any concern there, even without a prior appointment. Scheduled appointments take place at Lammgasse 5.
Yes — if you cannot visit our centre for medical reasons, we are delighted to offer home visits by arrangement! Because we work closely as a team, we coordinate everything behind the scenes to ensure you receive the very best care in the comfort of your own home. Please give us a call in the morning so we can arrange a visit for you.
