- •Your vaccination certificate: Especially important if you are coming in for a check-up or a vaccination consultation.
- •Current medical reports & medication list: This gives our team an instant overview of your health.
- •A cheerful smile: We'll bring ours too — it makes everything just that little bit easier!
Important note for our EU patients:
If you do not have health insurance in Austria, please bring your European Health Insurance Card (EHIC). Please make sure that the 16-digit code on the back is nice and clear to read.
One small request from us:
Even though we manage many things spontaneously, please kindly arrive at our reception desk 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This gives us plenty of time to complete your registration calmly, so you can start your appointment feeling completely relaxed.
In short: No! Simply attend Strozzigasse 10, 1080 Vienna during our consultation hours – we will provide medical care for any concern there, even without a prior appointment. Scheduled appointments take place at Lammgasse 5.
Yes — if you cannot visit our centre for medical reasons, we are delighted to offer home visits by arrangement! Because we work closely as a team, we coordinate everything behind the scenes to ensure you receive the very best care in the comfort of your own home. Please give us a call in the morning so we can arrange a visit for you.
We are available for you at two locations in Josefstadt:
- •Strozzigasse 10, 1080 Vienna: walk-in consultations without an appointment for any medical concern.
- •Lammgasse 5, 1080 Vienna: for pre-booked appointments.
Both locations are centrally situated and easily accessible by public transport or by car.

Your vaccination record: Particularly important for health check-ups or vaccination consultations. Recent medical reports & medication list: This provides us with an immediate, comprehensive overview of your health status. Good spirits: We will bring ours too, as it makes for the best working environment! Important note for EU patients: If you do not hold health insurance in Austria, please bring your European Health Insurance Card (EHIC). Please ensure that the 16-digit code on the reverse side is clearly legible. A polite request: Even though we manage many things spontaneously, please arrive at our reception 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment (or your planned visit). This allows us to complete the registration process without haste, enabling you to begin your treatment in a relaxed manner.
