About Us
To help us look after you as quickly and as best as we can, please bring the following with you:
- •Your e-card (insurance card): This is the most important item for billing.
- •Your vaccination record: Especially important if you are coming for a check-up or a vaccination consultation.
- •Current medical reports & your medication list: This gives us an instant overview of your health.
- •A smile: We'll bring ours too — it always makes things easier!
An important note for EU patients:
If you are not insured in Austria, please remember to bring your European Health Insurance Card (EHIC). Please check that the 16-digit code on the back is clearly legible.
One small request:
Even though we do our best to accommodate everyone spontaneously, please try to arrive at our reception 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This gives us plenty of time to complete your registration calmly so you can start your treatment feeling completely relaxed!
