Unrestricted Movement

Pain, tension or restricted movement don't have to be your normal state! In physiotherapy, we combine targeted treatment with active exercises to help you regain your stability, move with confidence, and enjoy long-term relief from discomfort.
Physiotherapy is so much more than just a massage. Our goal is to help you connect with and use your body much better again. Together, we'll look at the root cause, identify what triggers you in everyday life, and find the exercises that will make a genuine difference.
How physiotherapy can help you
Our friendly experts are here to support you with discomfort in these areas:
• Back and neck, if you sit a lot or feel constantly tense
• Shoulder, knee, and hip, for pain, instability, or restricted movement
• Sports injuries, for rehabilitation, strengthening, and a safe return to sport
• Overuse injuries, such as tendons, heel, shin, or elbow
• Headaches and jaw issues, where tension or posture plays a role
• Post-surgery, to safely rebuild your strength and mobility
• Balance and stability, if you feel unsteady or find you twist your ankle often
What to expect at your appointment
We will start with a quick chat and check-up: what hurts, how long has it been there, what makes it worse, and what helps. Next, we will test your mobility, strength, and control. You will get a clear assessment straight away, along with a plan combining treatment and exercises that you can realistically fit into your routine at home.
What you will take away with you
Even after your very first therapy session, you will leave us with:
• Less pain and greater mobility
• Better stability and body control
• Exercises that fit your daily routine without taking up hours of your time
• Greater confidence in sports, at work, and in everyday life
Quick tips to try right now
Here is what you can do straight away to find some relief:
• Move regularly for short periods, rather than doing a massive workout once a week
• Focus on clean, controlled movements during exercises, rather than going quick and heavy
• When pain occurs, try to distinguish between muscle work and a warning sign – we will gladly show you how to spot the difference!
Your next step
Simply come on by!
If you want to move freely again and are looking for lasting improvement rather than just a quick fix, physiotherapy is the perfect place to start. Book an appointment today and let’s work together to build a strong foundation for your long-term well-being!

What should you take with you?
To help us give you the best and quickest care possible, please bring the following items with you: **Your e-card**: This is the most important thing for billing purposes. **Your vaccination record**: Particularly important for check-ups or vaccination consultations. **Current medical reports & medication list**: This gives us a complete and immediate overview of your health. **Good spirits**: We will bring ours too – it’s always the best way to work together! **An important note for EU patients**: If you are not insured in Austria, please remember to bring your European Health Insurance Card (EHIC). Please check that the 16-digit code on the back is clearly legible. **A small request**: Even though we do our best to accommodate spontaneous requests, please arrive at reception 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment (or planned visit). This gives us plenty of time to get you registered, so you can start your treatment feeling completely relaxed.
