- •Your e-card: The most important thing for a smooth, hassle-free visit with us.
- •Your vaccination certificate: Especially important if you are coming in for a check-up or a vaccination consultation.
- •Current medical reports & medication list: This gives our team an instant overview of your health.
- •A cheerful smile: We'll bring ours too — it makes everything just that little bit easier!
Important note for our EU patients:
If you do not have health insurance in Austria, please bring your European Health Insurance Card (EHIC). Please make sure that the 16-digit code on the back is nice and clear to read.
One small request from us:
Even though we manage many things spontaneously, please kindly arrive at our reception desk 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This gives us plenty of time to complete your registration calmly, so you can start your appointment feeling completely relaxed.

A cheerful smile: We will bring one too, as it is the best way to work together! Important note for EU patients: If you are not insured in Austria, please bring your European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) with you. Please make sure that the 16-digit code on the back is easily readable. A small request: Even though we can sort out many things on the spot, please arrive at reception 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment (or planned visit). This gives us plenty of time to complete your registration, so you can start your treatment feeling relaxed and stress-free.
