Dietetics
Nutrition is life, and life is nutrition.
Nutrition is life, and life is nutrition.

How our dietetics service can support you
Nutrition is often complicated enough – we are here to help you make it simple and fit perfectly into your daily routine again. Important to know: Since we are a primary care centre, dietetics here is part of your overall medical care. Therefore, an appointment is only possible with an internal referral from our doctors.
Here are the areas where we can guide and support you:
Weight Management: Reach your feel-good weight without crash diets or guilt.
Blood Sugar & Metabolism: Support with insulin resistance or elevated blood sugar levels.
Cardiovascular Health: Positively influence your cholesterol and blood pressure through your diet.
Eating Habits & Cravings: When you want to bring clarity and peace back into your food choices.
Intolerances & Digestive Issues: Together, we will find out what works best for you and your gut.
Special Stages of Life: Nutrition during pregnancy, breastfeeding, or menopause.
Sport & Performance: Support for energy, recovery, and targeted muscle building.
Your path to dietetics support
Medical Consultation: First, discuss your concerns at your next appointment with one of our doctors. If needed, they will issue the necessary referral for dietetics.
Booking Your Appointment: You can book your dietetics appointment only after medical clearance has been given.
The First Appointment: We start with a big-picture overview: What is your goal, what is causing you stress, and what is already working well? After a detailed medical history check, we will look at your habits, your daily rhythm, and possible triggers.
Preparation: If you would like to prepare optimally, keep a food diary for at least 7 days beforehand. You can find a template in our download area.
What you will take away with you
Because no one has time for unnecessary food-related stress:
More energy in daily life, without eating turning into a massive project.
Simpler choices when shopping and cooking.
Concrete ideas for meals, snacks, and portion sizes.
Flexibility: The confidence and ability to manage your nutrition independently in the future.

Simple tips you can start right now
You can start doing these today – and we promise, they really help!
Protein Check: Include a good source of protein in every meal to keep you feeling full for longer.
Base Planning: Plan a simple base menu that you can easily vary, instead of trying to reinvent the wheel every single day.
Hydration Routine: Drink regularly throughout the day. Thirst is often mistaken for hunger.
Focus on Feeling Good: Eat in a way that makes you feel great afterwards – not in a way that leaves you feeling like you have to justify yourself.

What should you take with you?
To help us give you the best and quickest care possible, please bring the following items with you: **Your e-card**: This is the most important thing for billing purposes. **Your vaccination record**: Particularly important for check-ups or vaccination consultations. **Current medical reports & medication list**: This gives us a complete and immediate overview of your health. **Good spirits**: We will bring ours too – it’s always the best way to work together! **An important note for EU patients**: If you are not insured in Austria, please remember to bring your European Health Insurance Card (EHIC). Please check that the 16-digit code on the back is clearly legible. **A small request**: Even though we do our best to accommodate spontaneous requests, please arrive at reception 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment (or planned visit). This gives us plenty of time to get you registered, so you can start your treatment feeling completely relaxed.
