Tradition paired with state-of-the-art diagnostics.

TCM and modern medicine don't have to be an either-or choice! We wonderfully combine traditional methods like acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine with up-to-date diagnostics and evidence-based support, ensuring you receive care that is both beautifully holistic and completely safe.
Traditional Chinese Medicine views you as a whole person, while modern medicine provides clear diagnoses, lab values, and imaging. Combined, they create a fantastic approach that takes your symptoms seriously, considers the underlying causes, and helps you feel much more robust in the long run.
How we bring both worlds together for you
TCM is fantastic for regulating bodily functions, reducing stress, and supporting your natural physical processes. At the same time, modern medicine ensures that nothing is overlooked and that all decisions are made on a solid, scientific foundation. Rather than working against each other, they complement each other beautifully!
Where TCM can be particularly helpful
Traditional Chinese Medicine can be wonderful for finding relief from a variety of challenges, including:
Stress, sleep, and the nervous system: if you find it hard to wind down, suffer from sleep issues, or feel emotionally and physically exhausted.
Digestion and tummy troubles: for companion support with conditions like irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), functional dyspepsia, or a tendency towards constipation.
Pain and tension: such as headaches, migraines, back and neck pain (cervical/lumbar spine), or painful periods.
Allergies and recurrent infections: supporting your standard medical care for things like hay fever or acute infections.
Support for chronic conditions: helping to ease your symptoms, for example, as supportive care during cancer treatments or recovery from addiction.
What to expect during your assessment
We always start with a friendly, comprehensive medical overview. In TCM, we rely on four traditional diagnostic steps: listening and questioning (about your appetite, sleep, and temperature sensitivity), feeling your pulse (assessing over 30 qualities), looking at your tongue, and observing your voice and scent. Whenever it is helpful, we integrate modern diagnostics too. In the end, you will get a clear, easy-to-understand plan of what we recommend and why.
Which lovely methods we might use
To help restore and balance your body's functions, we offer the following treatments based on your individual assessment:
Acupuncture: to gently regulate disharmony and soothe pain.
Chinese herbal medicine: tailored individually to suit your body's unique needs.
Tuina: therapeutic Chinese massage and manual therapy.
Nutritional therapy: tasty, nourishing advice based on Chinese diagnosis.
Qigong: gentle movement and breathing techniques you can easily practice at home.
Your safety is always our priority
If there are any warning signs or acute risks, modern diagnostics will always take priority. TCM is not a substitute for necessary medical investigations, but rather a wonderful complement to them. We pay extra-close attention to any herb-drug interactions, your existing treatments, and clear clinical boundaries so you can always feel completely safe and secure in our care.
Your next step
We would love to welcome you! If you are looking for holistic care that remains thoroughly professional, modern, and clinically sound, then this approach is perfect for you. What should you take with you?
To help us give you the best and quickest care possible, please bring the following items with you: **Your e-card**: This is the most important thing for billing purposes. **Your vaccination record**: Particularly important for check-ups or vaccination consultations. **Current medical reports & medication list**: This gives us a complete and immediate overview of your health. **Good spirits**: We will bring ours too – it’s always the best way to work together! **An important note for EU patients**: If you are not insured in Austria, please remember to bring your European Health Insurance Card (EHIC). Please check that the 16-digit code on the back is clearly legible. **A small request**: Even though we do our best to accommodate spontaneous requests, please arrive at reception 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment (or planned visit). This gives us plenty of time to get you registered, so you can start your treatment feeling completely relaxed.
