Alex Dubas is an expert working at the exciting intersection of law and healthcare management. With his solid background in law, healthcare management, and public health, he specialises in guiding healthcare projects all the way from their initial vision to successful, real-world implementation.
His approach goes far beyond theoretical concepts. Alex is here to help you build medical facilities that truly thrive in daily practice. He covers the entire spectrum: from strategic conceptualisation and business planning to financing and legal aspects, right through to scaling and daily organisation. His goal is to make clear decisions and find practical solutions that have a real impact, rather than getting bogged down in bureaucratic processes.
Alex firmly believes in the development potential of every individual and encourages you to break free from old, rigid patterns. He supports you in thinking outside the box to position your healthcare facilities profitably and sustainably for the future.
His wealth of experience is reflected in a wide range of successful projects. His fantastic references include the Praxisgemeinschaft 114, the Glückskind paediatric centre, primary care centres, and numerous specialised specialist centres in fields such as cardiology, dermatology, and surgery. He ensures that your projects don't just look great on paper, but grow healthily and run smoothly every day!

What should you take with you?
To help us give you the best and quickest care possible, please bring the following items with you: Your e-card: The most important thing for a smooth-running visit. Your vaccination record: Especially important for check-ups or vaccination consultations. Recent medical reports & medication list: This helps us get a complete overview of your health straight away. A cheerful smile: We will bring one too, as it is the best way to work together! Important note for EU patients: If you are not insured in Austria, please bring your European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) with you. Please make sure that the 16-digit code on the back is easily readable. A small request: Even though we can sort out many things on the spot, please arrive at reception 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment (or planned visit). This gives us plenty of time to complete your registration, so you can start your treatment feeling relaxed and stress-free.
