Medical Practice Assistant
At Primärversorgung Josefstadt, people are at the very heart of everything we do – both our patients and our team. To help keep our daily clinic life warm, organised, and efficient, we are looking for dedicated medical administrative assistants who are ready to take on responsibility, think on their feet, and provide vital support to our doctors. Together, we will make sure that every single patient feels truly cared for right from the moment they step through our door.
Your areas of care
• Welcoming and looking after you as our patient
Ensuring your clinic runs smoothly and efficiently
• General administrative and office tasks (such as keeping records and handling phone calls)
• Handling your appointment scheduling
• Creating your detailed medical invoices
• Keeping our practice looking neat and welcoming (e.g. tidying up, clearing away glasses, and preparing tea for our visitors)
Your qualifications
• A patient, friendly and empathetic approach with your patients
• You should have excellent German and English language skills
• You have solid IT skills!
• A neat appearance, reliability, and the ability to stay calm and resilient under pressure
• Excellent organisational skills, great commitment, and a wonderful team spirit

For this position, we offer a minimum gross salary of €2,057 per month (on a full-time basis) under our collective agreement. Of course, we would love to offer you a higher salary depending on your qualifications and experience!
