On 14 September 2026, we are opening our second surgery at Strozzigasse 10. The Lammgasse location will become a strictly appointment-only surgery; any walk-in consultations without an appointment will take place at Strozzigasse from then on. On 14 September 2026, our second practice will open at Strozzigasse 10. For you, this primarily changes one thing: where you go will now depend on whether you have an appointment or not. Lammgasse 5 will become an appointment-only practice. Everything else will take place at Strozzigasse. Same team, same name, two addresses in Josefstadt.
What changes on 14 September?
Until now, both services were provided at the same location: scheduled appointments and the walk-in clinic for anyone dropping in spontaneously. From 14 September, we are separating these into two distinct locations, both in 1080 Vienna.
Lammgasse 5: our existing location, which will then become a dedicated appointment-only clinic. This is where pre-booked appointments will take place.
Strozzigasse 10: our new clinic. This is where you should come for anything that does not require an appointment.
When do you go where?
The rule has been kept intentionally simple. If you have a scheduled appointment, you go to Lammgasse 5. If you do not have an appointment and require medical assistance, you come to Strozzigasse 10, without prior registration.

What remains the same?
Our name has recently changed, but the medicine behind it has not. The Primary Care Centre Josefstadt has become the Primary Care Centre [1]. It is the same doctors, the same contact persons at reception, and the same high quality. Anyone who has previously been treated by us does not need to re-explain anything.
The spectrum of medical services also remains fully intact. This includes primary medical care, preventive medical examinations, vaccinations, modern wound management, and the management of chronic conditions. Physiotherapy, dietetics, psychotherapy, and Traditional Chinese Medicine will continue to be located at Lammgasse in the future.
