Our Lammgasse clinic will then become dedicated to pre-booked appointments only, while all of our walk-in services will be warmly welcomed at Strozzigasse. On 14 September 2026, we are delighted to open our second clinic at Strozzigasse 10! For you, this means just one main change: where you go will now depend on whether you have an appointment or not. Lammgasse 5 will become a dedicated appointment-only clinic, whilst everything else will be looked after at Strozzigasse. Rest assured, you'll see the same friendly team under the same name—just across two handy addresses in Josefstadt!
What changes on 14 September?
Until now, both ran in the same place: scheduled appointments and the walk-in clinic for anyone coming in spontaneously. From 14 September, we are separating these clearly into two locations, both in 1080 Vienna.
Lammgasse 5: our existing location, which will then be a pure appointment-only clinic. Anything that has been arranged in advance takes place here.
Strozzigasse 10: our new clinic. You come here for anything for which you do not have an appointment.
When do you go where?
The rule is kept deliberately simple. If you have a scheduled appointment, then you go to Lammgasse 5. If you do not have an appointment and require medical assistance, then you come to Strozzigasse 10, without prior appointment.
If you are unsure where your already scheduled appointment will take place, just give us a quick call. You can reach us by telephone around the clock on 01 406 06 98.
What remains the same?
Our name changed recently, but the medicine behind it did not. Primärversorgung Josefstadt became Primärversorgung Zentrum [1]. It is the same physicians, the same contact persons at reception, and the same high quality. Anyone who has been under our medical care up to now does not need to explain anything again.
The spectrum of services also remains fully intact. This includes primary medical care, preventive medical examinations, vaccinations, modern wound management, and the support of chronic diseases. Physiotherapy, dietetics, psychotherapy, and Traditional Chinese Medicine will continue to be found at Lammgasse in future.
